Good Evening Fellow Aspirants,

I apologize for the late post. Like many, I still practice the poor habit of procrastinating. I have prepared a brief lecture for Friday, and my author of choice is Nick Bantock, made famous by his work: The Griffin and Sabine Saga, which comprises of 6 books. I had the good fortune of reading the first trilogy 6 years ago. An old friend of mine apparently owned the first set of three, which she brought to class one day, and later introduced them to me. I was captivated by the thrill each book had to offer, each page at that.

Nick Bantock is not only an accomplished writer, but an accomplished artist as well, who solely authored and illustrated his books.

The reason as to why I was chosen to lecture first is still unclear to me, considering my poor literary background, but I take it as an honor and a privilege to do so. Being a neophyte in this world of words, I have accepted the reality that errors will be made, and at a certain point, you might not even agree with me, but bear with me please. I promise to acknowledge the need for improvement.

I encountered some difficulties during my search for online sources, and I’m afraid the internet wasn’t as promising as it should be. Do not despair though, my being a fan compelled me to acquire a copy of my own, which I did recently, but only the first book, the book that started it all. My sweet sister was generous enough to lend a hand in typing most of the first book’s contents, which you will be able to access at http://travelerseurope.blogspot.com/

I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did, though abridged, either way, the author did intend his works to be a cliff hanger. I shall be looking forward to seeing you soon, and am interested in hearing your thoughts come Friday.

Respectfully,

Daniel Anton Go
